I’m Anabelle Bugatti, aka Dr. Belle, PhD, LMFT, and I love helping fellow EFT Leaders, therapists and clinicians grow their skills in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). As President and Director of Southern Nevada EFT and an ICEEFT Certified EFT Supervisor and Therapist, I’m certified in all three EFT modalities—Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). Whether you’re just starting your EFT journey, working toward your EFT certification, or hoping to become an EFT Supervisor, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel confident, clear, and supported as you deepen your practice. While many EFT supervision sessions involve reviewing session tapes—and I do find that incredibly helpful—it’s not a requirement to meet with me. I understand that every clinician is at a different stage in their journey, so our time together can be tailored to meet your unique needs. We might focus on answering your questions about the Emotionally Focused Therapy model, unpacking stuck places in your cases, or exploring the areas where you need the most support. My role as an EFT Supervisor is to help you grow in your confidence and security with the model, while encouraging you to bring forward your best therapist self. Whether or not you bring tape, you’ll leave each supervision session with more clarity, practical strategies, and a renewed sense of direction in your EFT work.

I am located in Las Vegas NV, on the Pacific Standard Time USA time zone. I generally do supervision Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, though occassionally I may do a Monday.
